The bad boys of Mötley Crüe have been touring Europe since the start of November, and now with just two more dates to go Tommy Lee is ready to get back behind the drums. Alice Cooper’s drummer Glen Sobel started filling in ever since Lee started missing shows back in October due to a nasty bout with tendonitis.

Tommy Lee told The National that he’s back to perfect health:

“I’m back to 100 per cent. I bruised a bone in my wrist, but after a serious double dose of cortisone that helped with the inflammation, and with the help of this little wrist machine to exercise it, I’m back to normal.”

The timing is nearly perfect, as Mötley Crüe return to the road here in the states in early December, and then will be playing their final three shows as a band at the Staples Center in Los Angels, CA to close out the year. This has been in the works since 2013, when vocalist Vince Neil confirmed that the band would go, “one more time around the world and kinda call it quits.”
