Remember the last time we wrote about Puddle of Mudd for their music? Neither do we, because that hasn’t happened yet. Wes Scantlin, singer of the formerly popular early 2000s band, has been in the headlines far more than the rest of the band, whose most recent album, Volume 4: Songs in the Key of Love & Hate, was released in 2009. He’s ridden a luggage conveyor belt, gotten a DUI, and gotten another DUI to cap the year off. And it looks like he’s starting the year off the same way he started off last year – with another arrest. TMZ reports that the singer was arrested at the house he lost to foreclosure for destroying property. According to sources, he took a hatchet to the windoew of the house, then broke audio electronics. surveillance cameras and an alarm system after breaking into the home early Saturday. Scantlin had two people with him when he was arrested, and was charged with vandalism. “c’mon, this is my house,” he claimed. Not anymore, Wes.
