Five-year-old viral drum sensation and Slipknot fan Caleb H. has gone from air drumming in the nosebleeds to meeting his idols. The kid was invited by the band to their Arena Birmingham concert in Birmingham, England on Friday (1/24), where he got to take in the show side stage and meet them backstage afterwards.

Weinberg posted several pictures of the meeting to his Instagram, writing “It was such a blast inviting this young shredder Caleb to last night’s show in Birmingham. Ready to throw down on his new @sjcdrums snare and Foundation double pedal!!.” Bassist Alessandro Venturella also posted a photo to his Instagram, captioning it “The band got Caleb an awesome treat. It’s incredible to see so much passion at an early age. Mum and Dad… high five !!.”

Caleb’s parents commented about the experience as well, sharing Weinberg’s photo of their son with the band on tTwitter with the caption: “Coolest picture on the planet right now🤘🏼 Dreams came true yesterday for this little 5 year old!”

Last week, Caleb caught the attention of the internet when a video was published to social media showing him in his father’s arms air drumming at a recent Slipknot show. The video also caught the attention of Weinberg, who shared it with the caption “He’s got a bright future in drumming! Keep fostering his love for the instrument. Hey @SJCdrums, how about we hook up this young shredder Caleb with a new snare drum?” Caleb received his snare and double pedal at Friday’s show.

At just five, Caleb is already a talented drummer. Following the viral video, videos of Caleb playing drums to Slipknot’s “Before I Forget” and Rush’s “Time Stand Still” made the rounds around the internet.

Slipknot is currently in the middle of a European tour that will take them through the month of February. The band will then hit the festival circuit for the spring and summer, including appearances at Sonic Temple (May 16), Rocklahoma (May 23), Wacken Open Air (August 1), Knotfest shows in Tokyo (March 20 & 21) and the UK (August 22) and Knotfest at Sea (August 10-14).
