Dave Grohl made a surprise appearance at Coachella on Saturday (19), joining the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra for a special performance of two Foo Fighters songs: “The Sky Is a Neighborhood” and “Everlong.” Conducted by Gustavo Dudamel, the set marked Grohl’s first time playing Foo Fighters material live since August 2024.
This orchestral collaboration follows Grohl’s recent return to the stage with the surviving members of Nirvana in January for FireAid and February for SNL 50. Foo Fighters currently have no upcoming tour dates.
