Abysmal Dawn’s Charles Elliott has been chosen to join System of a Down’s Serj Tankian for a special orchestral performance in Los Angeles on April 29th. This one-of-a-kind event, called Invocations, will also feature musicians tenor Brian Thorsett, world music singer Azam Ali, and sound healer Francesca Genco. The CSUN Symphony Orchestra, ethnic instrumentalists, and a full choir will support the performance.

“It’s an honor to be performing as vocalist with such a legendary and diverse musician like Serj. I am truly humbled to have been asked to be a part of such a cool and unique project. I’m ready to provide something ugly to some extremely beautiful and captivating music. Now I hope to see some headbangers there, wearing their best penguin suits and monocles!”
