We are two weeks away until Stone Sour kicks off their North American tour with KoRn, Babymetal, Skillet, etc. and less than one month until their highly anticipated album Hydrograd arrives on June 30th. The group already revealed tracks “Fabuless” and “Song #3,” and today, we get to hear “Taipei Person/Allah Tea.” It opens up with an evil laugh followed by a brief Slipknot-like scream. It sounds more aggressive than the prior two but it also has a similar catchy chorus.

Check out “Taipei Person/Allah Tea” below and pre-order Hydrograd here.

For those who are curious about a follow-up to Slipknot’s 2014’s .5: The Gray Chapter, according to Corey Taylor, it looks like we have to wait longer. The frontman recently spoke with 97.1 The Eagle and provided an update on their progress.

“I’m a bum you out… we ain’t doing shit right now. We’re not really doing anything right now. I know we’re kind of slowly starting to write some music. Other than that, we’re taking some time off. Clown’s going to direct some movies, Sid’s going to do some stuff—We’re all kind of doing our own thing. The next year is everybody doing their own thing. Then, probably after that, we’ll slowly but surely start to get together to do some Slipknot stuff.”

Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like we will see anything new for a while despite Clown who informed they have written “amazing” new songs for the next album.
