Dream Theater’s forthcoming album is not scheduled for official release until September 23,  but the Grammy-nominated progressive metal band are streaming the entire album online via Rolling Stone now. The band’s 12th studio release is their first ever self-titled album.

While Dream Theater have already given us a taste of the new material, releasing the tracks “The Enemy Inside” and “Along For The Ride,” now the album can be listened to as a whole, as it was intended to be. When we got a chance to listen to it a few months ago, we found it to be one of the band’s best albums in years, encompassing the past and present of heavy progressive music. Do you agree?
