Christian metalcore outfit For Today signed a new record deal with Nuclear Blast Records and will release their unnamed new album internationally through the label. Nuclear Blast owner Mark Steiger states about the signing:

I am very happy to work with one of my absolute favorite American bands, FOR TODAY. This band is unique in their mission, style and message. They have delivered a killer album and it is such an amazing opportunity to sign For Today to Nuclear Blast during this time.

This will be the third label the band have signed with, as they were with Razor & Tie and Facedown in the past. This will be an opportunity to broaden their reach and maybe tour internationally with bands like Lamb of God or any other Christian-sounding-named band signed with their new label.

The band have performances scheduled at a few festivals as they are in the studio right now recording what will be the first album with their new guitarist Jim Hughes, as earlier this year, they asked their former guitarist Samuel Penner to leave the band for not being Christian enough.

The festivals where they’ll perform will be the following:

UPCOMING FOR TODAY FESTIVAL DATES:
