Think you have the balls (and pornstar dick) to replace Evan Seinfeld in Biohazard? Well the NYC hardcore metal group hope so, as they’ve just announced that they are holding open auditions to find their new frontman. The band released the following statement to Metal Hammer:

“ATTENTION SINGERS!!! You think you got what it takes to be one of the voices for Biohazard? Send us your music, videos, links, etc to auditions@biohazard.com and we’ll check you out. Experience is a must, as is the ability to commit 100% to the life of a full-time touring musician, as the band is booked solid for 2012 and 2013.”

It somewhat comes as a surprise that Biohazard didn’t just go with Scott Roberts (who has been filling in for the band as of late). Guitarist/co-vocalist Billy Graziadei did say that Roberts was doing a good job (it was pretty obvious that he looked the part), but that everything was still in the air. They obviously want a new permanent singer/bassist (we assume they want someone who can do both, but then again that wasn’t clarified in their statement) before their 2012/2013 commitments. However, it doesn’t seem likely that they’ll find their new band mate before their new album Reborn In Defiance is released (set to be released in Europe on September 26, but with no North American release date announced yet). Although, it’s not like this will affect the new album, since the original lineup (including Seinfeld) already recorded the material.
