Tim Lambesis august 13Being on house arrest after attempting to hire a hitman to kill his estranged wife Meggan is not the only pain in Tim Lambesis’s neck. The As I Lay Dying frontman is now allowed to leave the house, at least temporarily to get “therapy” for a neck injury, reports the San Diego Reader. Why the word “therapy” is in quotes is not exactly clear, but it is kind of hard to believe anything Lambesis says at this point.

Apparently, he specifically requested to see Lanele Stafford, a kinesiologist who specializes in holistic healing methods, according to her website. “Defendant Timothy Lambesis is currently on house arrest and due to the restrictions of his release cannot leave the house to seek medical attention for the neck injury from which he is currently suffering” said by Lambesis’s private attorney Thomas Warwick Jr. when attempting to grant Lambesis leave fro his house arrest. Superior Court Judge Kimberlee Lagotta signed the motion to allow him to go to his appointments on August 2nd, right after it was filed.
