Paws, Pets & Metal is Metal Insider’s ongoing column on bands with pets, discovering who watches them on the road, and more. Get to know more about these metal furbabies. We caught up with Kingcrown as their pets immersed into metal naturally.

Tell us more about your pet(s) and their names?

Ced : For my part, I have a dog, cats and a rabbit, more precisely my wife’s lol the doggie is called Odin, he’s a Golden Retriever, a cat named Phoenix (the matriarch), her two sons Hope and Horus and the rabbit is called Tennessee.

Have you ever taken your pet on tour?

Ced : No, never! Not only is it a source of stress for the animal, but above all the other members of the band do not have to have them imposed on them, a question of good manners.

Who looks after your pet while on the road?

Ced : My wife, quite simply.

What’s your pet’s favorite song or album?

Ced : I don’t know….. But Phoenix loves the harmonica and comes purring in abundance when she hears it lol.

How did you introduce your pet to metal?

Ced : I didn’t introduce them to anything at all! I think they mostly just immersed themselves in it naturally.

What animal charity means most to you?

Ced : In all sincerity, I don’t know any specifically, apart from the SPA (Socièté Protectrice des Animaux) in France…. I can’t really answer this question except that the animal cause must be defended as it should be.
