Last year, Black Sabbath toured for the first time in years in support of 13. If you were lucky enough to see the band, you probably paid dearly for it. However, for their show coming up this Friday at BST Hyde Park in Britain that Tony Iommi said might be their last show ever, tickets were going for considerably cheaper than that. Due to leaked link, concertgoers were allowed to pick up tickets for only 2 1/2 pounds, or $4.28. The show, which also features Soundgarden, Faith No More and Motorhead, among others, has ticket prices that start at 69 pounds, or $118. There was a link meant for employees of the festival’s organizers that allowed them to pick up tickets for significantly cheaper. By the time the link made the rounds online, there were plenty of tickets sold. To their credit, BST honored all the tickets sold at the reduced price:

“A staff ticket offer was leaked earlier today and some members of the general public were able to purchase reduced price tickets to certain Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park concerts,” a message on the venue’s Facebook page read. “That offer has now been stopped. If you were lucky enough to purchase a ticket from this offer rest assured that your ticket remains valid.” Classy move, and a great opportunity to see a once in a lifetime show at a price that’s even more once in a lifetime.
