Riding high on the record breaking attendance numbers of 2017, over half a million fans took in any number of the World’s Loudest Month’s festivals this year, with some, such as myself, attending multiple shows.
The dates for World’s Loudest Month 2018 have been officially announced today, seeing all 7 of last year’s events returning, with one being moved out of the month entirely.
The official dates for 2018 are as follows:
Monster Energy Welcome To Rockville: April 27, 28 & 29 in Jacksonville, FL
Monster Energy Fort Rock: April 28 & April 29 in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Monster Energy Carolina Rebellion: May 4, 5 & 6 in Concord, NC
Northern Invasion: May 12 & 13 in Somerset, WI
Rock On The Range: May 18, 19 & 20 in Columbus, OH
Rocklahoma: May 25, 26 & 27 in Pryor, OK
The Bud Light River City Rockfest hosted in San Antonio, TX is being moved out of World’s Loudest Month, and into late summer.
With this announcement, comes some BIG changes to what we have come to expect at our favorite festival.
Already announced earlier last week Foo Fighters have been the first band to come out and state that they will be headlining the 8th Annual Welcome To Rockville. This year, will see the festival grow to 3 days, adding more bands, and a bigger experience that ever before. Early Bird GA and VIP tickets are available now at www.welcometorockvillefestival.com
The 6th annual Monster Energy Fort Rock will be moving into a new home for next year, at Markham Park in Fort Lauderdale/Sunrise, Florida. This move will enable the festival to grow, and give fans a different experience than previous years.
