Metal Inside(r) Home Quarantine is Metal Insider’s new column during this time of isolation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We asked artists five questions on what’s been keeping them busy ranging from their favorite movies, food they’ve been eating, music they’ve been listening to and more. We caught up with Body Count’s Vincent Price as hinted at a new Body Count video to look forward to.

What have you been doing to pass time during Quarantine?

I live in Los Angeles, where we are allowed to only go out if we are following all of the guidelines, but actually I’ve been staying at home anyway. I recently had surgery on my left ankle so I have been relaxing and healing and going back and forth to my doctor visits

Have you been listening to any music or have any playlists worth checking out?

No playlists or anything but I’ve been writing tons of new music and watching a lot of live concert bootlegs, music documentaries and on a side note, Body Count was able to film a new video special from “Carnivore“ that will be out soon so stay tuned.

A lot of people have been spending this time cooking including making their own bread, what food have you been prepping during this time?

Nothing special we already were used to cooking at home so nothing new in that department

In terms of entertainment, what movies, TV shows, books, or games have been keeping you busy?

Just watching tons of music DVDs but not really any movies… Well, I take that back, we did watch the original Death Race 2000 and The Car. Those are classics.

What advice do you have for your fans in isolation during this time?

Stay positive and be safe and cherish life and those around you and we will get through this and get ready for the green light ….meaning when we are free to roam the streets again and go to shows and play shows for those that are itching to play again.
