Metal By Numbers is a weekly column in which we look at the top metal sellers and debuts of the week.

By now you mouth may be forming a grimace at the sight of a Hinder album topping our debuts this week, but I have something even more confounding for you: introducing Now That’s What I Call Tailgate Anthems. No, I am not joking. Last week, this compilation debuted at number 42 on the Billboard 200. What’s on it? Well, the full track list is on the link above, but if you’re too lazy to look, it’s got everything from “We Will Rock You” by Queen to “I Gotta Feeling” by the Black Eyed Peas to “My Kinda Party” by Jason Aldean. So if you’re too lazy to make your own damn playlist or hate things like Spotify, you can now go buy this album to listen to while turning yourself into a drunken dumbass before going in for the big game! Ugh.
Also, just a reminder that this column DOES NOT go by the Billboard 200 numbers. The numbers are taken from the Top Current Album chart and the New Artists Chart.
