Metal By Numbers is a weekly column in which we look at the top metal sellers and debuts of the week.
 
Papa Roach is the top rock/metal debut this week. On the charts overall, it’s accompanied by other stars of the early 2000’s like Switchfoot, Guster, and Weezer’s covers album (featuring a cover of “Paranoid” among others). Also, if you were interested in a bit of trivia, the soundtrack for The Greatest Showman has held the UK No. 1 spot for 28 non-consecutive weeks, matching a feat previously set by The Beatles with Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Also, the band you guys love to hate, Greta Van Fleet, is selling better than ever after their performance on SNL.
