Issues_HeadspaceMetal By Numbers is a weekly column in which we look at the top metal sellers and debuts of the week.

I had pretty much forgotten Issues existed even before the band’s top ten debut album dropped off the charts. You may recall that the band just kind of showed up seemingly out of nowhere with an apparently already huge following attached to it. And here they are again in 2016 with their second album sporting a huge debut. I mean, bands like Asking Alexandria and Attila get hate all the time, but they also get press and we’re aware of their existence before an album comes out. As far as I can tell with Issues, MetalSucks made a post about one of their songs a little under a month ago and that’s it. Maybe I’m just not checking my Facebook newsfeed as much as I used to. Well, wrap your head around that while you check out the eight other debuts for this week as well as some big boosts for big albums.
