Metal By Numbers is a weekly column in which we look at the top metal sellers and debuts of the week.

We like to think we know our audience here at Metal Insider. As such, I expect we’ll get more than a few cries of disdain and objection when the masses discover that we have, yet again, included a certain hip-hop duo that really serve better as fodder for ridiculous headlines rather than as a source of music. But when you’re done raging at your computer screen, be sure to take a peek at the other debuts we have for this week. There are actually good bands to be found.
