The Rock ‘N’ Roll Fantasy Camp in Vegas defies all traditions of the standard camp send-off with legit instruction from rock’s heaviest of hitters. Hosted by Judas Priest with special guests and camp counselors Zakk Wylde, Geoff Tate and Lita Ford, three days of instructional shredding and wailing will happen February 27 to March 2 at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.
Members of Judas Priest including singer Rob Halford, bassist Ian Hill, drummer Scott Travis and guitarist Richie Faulkner will be on hand teaching even the most novice of musicians how to perform like a true metal master. (Glenn Tipton will not be able to attend the camp.) Over four days of instruction, camp attendees will perform in bands led by the stars and at the end, perform live on stage at the venue.
As could be expected, jamming with Priest won’t come cheap. Packages in the $5000 range are being offered with upgrades available for a tack-on of $2500. Visit RockCamp.com for more info on pricing and registration.
