The Death To All Tour, featuring former members of Death and special guests paying tribute to the late Chuck Schuldiner, was definitely a highlight of this past summer. However, there were a lot of … issues that occurred during the tour’s run. So many, in fact, that it seemed unlikely that the tour would return in any fashion. Well as it turns out, that’s not the case at all.
First, the tour poster seen above was posted on Death’s Facebook page, likely by Eric Greif (former manager of Death and current president of Perseverance Holdings Ltd.). It obviously states one thing: Death To All is returning for another year. In case that wasn’t enough confirmation, the Neurotic Deathfest in Tilburg, Netherlands announced this morning that Death To All will be headlining the first night of the 3 day festival (May 3). So far the only individual confirmed to take part in this is drummer Gene Hoglan.
As of now, it’s unclear where else the tour will stop. While there’s always the possibility of another run in the States, it wouldn’t surprise us if it only takes place in Europe this summer. Either way, let’s see if Death To All has more success than last year.
