Metal By Numbers is a weekly column in which we look at the top metal sellers and debuts of the week.
I’m always kind of impressed when a band puts out a new studio album only a year after its predecessor. Two years is more of the standard, but it’s typical to see three or four nowadays. But some artists have taken 2020 as the opportunity to hunker down and make new material, and that’s even more impressive because, for some people, creating is not that easy especially in stressful circumstances. But Spirit Adrift is one of those bands that managed to do it, even after losing half the band earlier this year.
