Iron Maiden guitarist Janick Gers had a little bit too much fun during the group’s show on Wednesday (25th) at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, TX. During the metal legends’ performance, Gers, who is known for his constant movement onstage, got a little carried away with his energetic enthusiasm and accidentally lost his grip of his guitar as it flipped into the audience.

There’s been a bit of activity during Iron Maiden’s current Legacy of The Beast tour. Earlier this month, frontman Bruce Dickinson halted a performance after a fan was hit by security in Tacoma, Washington. Last month, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman paid a visit to one of their shows. Iron Maiden’s Legacy of the Beast trek is scheduled to run through October 15th in Santiago, Chile. Check out the remaining tour dates here
