Last night (28th), Flaw received a major publicity bump as Stephen Colbert used them in one of his segments on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. He compared Flaw’s GoFundMe campaign with President Donald Trump’s debate on using crowdfunding as a source to help build the controversial wall.
Despite Colbert admitting he has no clue who the hard rockers are as he described them as “death metal, grindcore or deathgrind,” he helped them get a lot of buzz, especially on Twitter. Additionally, the group’s GoFundMe page that kicked off a year ago, when they stated they were willing to play at your home if you could help them buy a touring vehicle, has been receiving an extensive amount of donations since last night.
