The last we heard from Code Orange, it was last year, and they band had decided to drop off the last few remaining dates of the ill-fated Mayhem Festival. It’s hard to say how the young band’s ferocious hardcore was going down on the Fest, but their sophomore album, 2014’s I Am King, definitely won over some people, like Converge’s Kurt Ballou, who produced both it and their 2012 debut. You might be about to hear a lot more of them, as there have been rumors that they’re about to sign with a new label. Either way, something is happening tomorrow, as a tweet they sent out earlier today promises that something is happening tomorrow. It’ll take a lot of strategic pausing to parse what’s happening in the 15-second clip, or you can just wait for a few more hours and check their socials.
