If you’re a metal fan and are in the Bay Area, you were probably already planning on heading to The Chapel in San Francicso to see Exodus’ two-night residency on July 7th and 8th. However, if you haven’t decided to yet, you’ll probably want to head to the Saturday performance. That’s  because Gary Holt has revealed to CBS SF that it’s pretty much reunion night, with former vocalist Rob Dukes, former guitarist Rick Hunolt and Holt’s fill-in when he’s on the road with Slayer, Kragen Lum, will all be appearing at the show.

“…I think we’re filming them. The first night is going to be Steve Souza’s first headlining show with Exodus back in the Bay. We’re going to put together a pretty varied set list and try to pull out a couple of deep tracks. It’s going to be really killer.

The second night, we’ve got a few special guests lined up. It’s going to be awesome. We have Rob Dukes coming up to sing some songs. I’m super stoked about that. [Classic-era guitarist] Rick Hunolt is going to play a few songs and Kragen, who has been standing in for me, is going to play some songs. It’s going to be a night to remember.”

Dukes left the band in 2014, and it didn’t seem like it was on the best of terms. Seems like time might’ve healed the wounds, though, and it should be a show for the ages on Saturday.
