During Marilyn Manson’s performance at the Madrid version of the Download Festival on June 28th, the shock rocker ordered a fan to remove his Avenged Sevenfold shirt. It was during the performance of “Kill4Me,” when Manson invited a few fans onstage. One of them was wearing an A7X t-shirt and apparently, it bothered him. Instead of politely asking the fan to walk off the stage or dealing with the concert goer’s attire, Manson pressured the kid to remove his shirt in front of the audience.
According to a Reddit user who attended the show, he explained that during Manson’s set, the crowd was booing at him while waiting for Avenged Sevenfold to take the stage who were scheduled to go on next. Manson appeared angry and somehow transferred all of his resentment onto the kid by making him “pay for it.”
