Colorado metal/hardcore outfit Mouth For War (Bruise, Remain and Sustain) are gearing up for their new album, Life Cast In Glass, scheduled to arrive on May 14th via 1126 Records. Formed in 2019, the group has innovated their style by incorporating hardcore with modern elements such as Lamb of God, and The Devil Wears Prada. Today (23rd), the band has teamed up with Metal Insider to unleash the video for their explosive new single, “Slave to Your Ghost.” The track is more of a grieving song as it’s dedicated to the band’s friend Tyler Bennett.

Vocalist Trae Roberts explains:    

“Just as every other song on the record, ‘Slave To Your Ghost’ is a grieving song. This song specifically is dedicated to our good friend Tyler Bennett, who passed away recently. This song speaks about the physical toll that a loved one’s death can take on you, your body, and everyday life. We chose this song as the second single from the record because it portrays some new sounds and influences that we’ve brought in, and we’re ecstatic to finally show this one off.”
