Last night’s episode of South Park featured Cartman and the gang creates a crack baby basketball association (that’s right, crack babies playing basketball over a little crack ball). So of course in order to be any legit sports association, you have to have Slash perform at half time or at least the national anthem. But as they attempt to get the ex-Guns N’ Roses/Velvet Revolver guitarist’s services, they find it harder than they thought to find him since he’s literally everywhere. Then after trying to find his real address, the gang discovers that Slash is as real as Santa Claus.
So Slash is a figment of our imaginations, a fable character that parents dress up as for birthday parties and Guns N’ Roses concerts, eh? That would explain how The Black Eyed Peas were able to get Slash to where that nauseating glitter top hat during the Super Bowl halftime show.
