German metal giants Rage have shared a lyric video for their latest single, “Cold Desire.” The track is taken from their upcoming ambitious double album, Afterlifelines, scheduled to arrive on March 29, 2024, via Steamhammer / SPV. The album boasts 21 tracks, each showcasing a different musical approach. Peavy Wagner and bandmates Jean Bormann and Vassilios “Lucky” Maniatopoulos have crafted over 94 minutes of new music, promising a “20-minute grand finale.”

“Remarkably, the two records feature different musical approaches. The first album is called Afterlife and comprises songs that we recorded as a trio, while the material on the second album Lifelines also includes classical orchestral arrangements.”
