We’ve seen Philip Anselmo play Pantera’s “I’m Broken” with Black Label Society numerous times on the road recently. We’ve also seen Anselmo join his for bandmate Rex Brown onstage to play a few Pantera classics as well (most recently at Rock On The Range). However, now we can say we’ve seen Anselmo, Brown AND Zakk Wylde perform a Pantera classic together.

During Black Label Society’s show in Grand Prairie, TX last night (May 23), the two former Pantera members came onstage for a rendition of “I’m Broken.” This is pretty interesting to see given how there’s been a lot of talk that Wylde would be the ideal person to fill in for the late Dimebage Darrell if Pantera were to “reunite.” Now those rumors are only going to grow thanks to Wylde’s recent performance with two out of three surviving members. It also helps that despite previously speaking against it, Anselmo has hinted recently that he’s more open to discussing doing something with Wylde’s involvement (though noted that Vinnie Paul’s approval would also be necessary).

Unsurprisingly, fan filmed footage of the performance has found its way online, and can be seen above.
