In the latest episode of The Osbournes podcast, Ozzy Osbourne provided an update on his health, continuing to deflect issues stemming from injuries sustained in a 2019 fall at home that exacerbated prior injuries from a 2003 quad bike crash. Ozzy revealed he would undergo his final neck surgery, saying he couldn’t endure more procedures.

The Black Sabbath singer emphasized:

“It is gonna be the final surgery, because I can’t do it anymore. Regardless of the way it ends up after tomorrow, I’m not doing it anymore. I can’t.”

Despite some discomfort, he shared optimism about the upcoming surgery, citing experiences like going for a haircut. His ongoing health challenges have led to tour cancellations and modifications, including recently canceling his appearance at the Power Trip festival. Ozzy, however, remains hopeful for improved health that could allow him to return to the stage in the future.
