The tour combo of Melvins, Napalm Death and Melt Banana is a great one, and if you needed any more incentive to get out there and see the “Savage Imperial Death Tour” when it hits your town, it’s just come in the form of War Pussy, a 10″ EP from Melvins. As a band that has no problem shifting its lineup around, this is no exceptioin, as OFF! basssit Steve McDonald will be playing on the tour. The band are streaming a song, “The Decay of Lying,” from the EP, and it’s a signature Melvins song: slow, heavy, melodic and fun at the same time. If you’re a fan of the band’s other 20-odd albums, you’ll have no complaints about this song.
