It’s not stated who, but some 6th grader is the coolest kid in the world right now. Why, you ask? Because he recently had a band perform at his birthday party. Not just any band, however – an all-star band featuring Queens of the Stone Age’s Josh Homme, his wife Brody Dalle and producer and Garbage member Butch Vig on drums.
The backyard party took place presumably over the weekend, and the band at least played a cover of Cheap Trick’s “Surrender” in front of a relatively nonplussed crowd. The band also seem nonplussed, and appear to be just enjoying themselves, as you should at a 6th grade graduation. The bar’s been raised for whoever’s kid that is though. What happens when he graduates high school?
