Dropkick Murphys have released a Dark Details-directed video for their new single, “A Hero Among Many,” paying tribute to 9/11 heroWelles Crowther, also known as “The Man in the Red Bandana.” The song appears on the expanded digital edition of the band’s latest album, For The People, which includes five new bonus tracks. Crowther, an equities trader and volunteer firefighter, lost his life saving others during the collapse of the World Trade Center in 2001. His heroism was later revealed when survivors recalled being rescued by a man wearing a red bandana.
