All That Remains let the music do the talking with two very different songs

Posted by on February 2, 2017

All That Remains have been in the news a lot lately, but not because of their music. Sensitive snowflake frontman Phil LaBonte was sad enough that Toilet ov Hell editor Joe Thrashnkill didn’t like his music and was trolling him that he called him a “faggot,” then let Metal Injection get under his skin as well. However, politics aside, they’re very much still a band, a popular one at that, and  have a new album coming out this Spring.

Today, All That Remains released two new songs, “Madness” and “Safe House” from their upcoming 8th record, which still doesn’t have a title. The songs are quite different from each other, but are both signature All That Remains. They premiered the songs via SiriusXM, via their active rock (“Octane”) and metal (“Liquid Metal”) channels. “Madness” features all clean singing and is sure to please fans of the newer style of All That Remains while “Safe House” features no clean singing and should satisfy those who love some good old, heavy ATR.
