King 810 don’t seem to be all that concerned about their vocalist and bassist getting arrested for assault this past week. In fact, they posted the image of their police report on their Facebook page without comment. That suggests that instead of showing humility or shame about it, they’re pretty much glorifying the fact that David Gunn (who’s report is shown) and Eugene Gill critically injured a man in a bar fight last October. In fact, the “assault with attempt to murder” charge is upgraded from “assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder.
It also seems to throw the band’s involvement in the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival into question. You can see clearly written that it says “not to leave state.” That might be until the pre-trial, which is expected to take place today. If it’s not, then they’ll probably have to bail on the tour, which is a bad look for everyone involved. We’ll keep you in the loop, but King 810 might be King 8 to 10 by the time everything’s done with.
