Despised Icon are back in action, announce tour dates

Posted by on January 18, 2016

Let’s all go back to 2010 when Canadian deathcore juggernauts Despised Icon decided to call it a day and gave their farewell tour to properly thank their fans for their support and go on their merry way. Fast forward to 2014, when the band announced a set of reunion shows across Europe which later got extended to North America and made everyone excited about their short return.

Today, the band recently announced their full-time reunion and have some dates already scheduled in Europe to make it official, but just one date for North America, so get your wallets ready if you want to catch the boys live. The band posted the following statement via Facebook announcing their decision:

After playing a few reunion shows, we quickly realized that we wanted more. It’s time to pick up where we left off. We’re happy to announce that we’ll be part of this year’s Texas Independence Fest and Impericon Festivals. More news to come. Icon is back!
