When we last checked in with former Anthrax and current Red Lamb guitarist Dan Spitz, things weren’t so amazing. He’d been arrested on Christmas Day on suspicion of domestic abuse charges against his wife, Candi. In an interview with Gossip Extra after he was released, Candi told the paper that she would not be pressing charges against him.  “He never hit me or tried to harm me,” she said. As it turns out, the case indeed has fallen apart without her agreeing to testify. Citing discrepancies in the report, Candi asked that the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s office not move forward with prosecuting her husband, Gossip Extra reports. Prosecutors agreed that without her, they didn’t have a case. While it was quite a bombshell that she said that the guitarist may be suffering from Parkinson’s Disease, she didn’t say anything further about that.
