This piece might be more annoying than informative for SOAD fans in the States who are patiently waiting for them to extend their European tour to the U.S. But we’ll just have to be patient for that. According to a tweet made by bassist Shavo Odadjian, the recently reunited System Of A Down has just finished their first rehearsal together in five years. Odadjian tweets the following:

“Just finished up our first rehearsal in 5 years. Amazing!!! I love my band. #systemofadown”

The PRP is also reporting that SOAD is adding more dates overseas this Summer, including a stop in Moscow, Russia. So now that the band seems to be getting along, and are slowly adding more dates to their Summer plans, maybe we can expect SOAD to play the U.S. again soon? Again, we’ll just have to be patient.
