It’s (thankfully) been a while since we’ve heard about any accidents suffered by bands on the road. Unfortunately, Adrenaline Mob had a nasty accident yesterday that not only destroyed their van, but also their equipment. As a result, their tour dates with Avenged Sevenfold and Hellyeah! have been cut short, as they’re returning home to recover. Thankfully, nobody in the band or crew was injured that badly. Here’s what the band had to say about the accident via their Facebook page:
We are sad to announce that the band has been in a serious accident yesterday traveling to Canada on the current A7X/Hellyeah Tour. The band & crew are pretty beat up but by the grace of God there’s no serious injuries & everyone is ok. Unfortunately the trailer flipped & equipment has been destroyed but they are figuring out the next move in hopes to continue on. Thank you all so much for your kind thoughts & prayers!!!
So far, no pictures of the incident have surfaced, but needless to say, vehicle accidents are a hazard of touring, and it’s a relief to hear that everyone involved will heal. No word yet on whether there will be any band will be replacing Adrenaline Mob, who’d had tour dates scheduled through June 8th.
