While there’s still nothing definitive about when Tool will be coming out with their fifth full length album, even if signs seem to be pointing to this year, at least fans of the band will be able to see them play live again. The band have announced a handful of dates in the midwest and Mexico in March, going on sale this Saturday, January 25th. Since they’re hands down one of the best live bands out there, that’s reason enough to rejoice. And since the band have been working on music, there’s always the remote chance that they might be road testing some of it. Of course that’s all conjecture on our part, but it’s exciting enough to see that Maynard, Adam, Danny and Justin are heading out on the road, even if it’s only on the west coast. Real fans of Maynard might want to head to the March 21 show in Veracruz, as Puscifer will also be playing (as will Tomahawk).
