It’s time to start looking ahead and move toward 2023. With that, three tours were recently announced, letting us continue to appreciate live shows after such an extended absence!
01) Fleshgod Apocalypse return to North America with Obscura!
The pandemic was challenging for all of us. After a long wait to return to the stage, Fleshgod Apocalypse vocalist/guitarist Francesco Paoli faced one horrific obstacle by sustaining an injury in a rock climbing accident in Abruzzo, Italy. It led to making an official return to the stage and life itself taking a bit longer than expected. Therefore, after the initial announcement of seeing not only Fleshgod Apocalypse return to North America, it gave an extra bit of gratitude, knowing the band will hit US stages again. Additionally, this trek is a must-see since these Italian symphonic death metal giants will be co-headlining with Obscura, with support from Wolfheart and Thulcandra.
Paoli commented:
“Dear friends of the United States and Canada, we are more than stoked to announce our return to your shores in February/March 2023, after four long years of absence. As you can imagine, this unending and frustrating period of cloister generated nothing else than an unquantifiable desire to blast your faces off! Besides, we feel rejuvenated after this forced rest so, be ready for some fast and furious fugues we haven’t performed live for a long time. Obviously, a comeback worthy of its name has to be done with style. In fact, we’re teaming up with incredible bands, such as German tech-death masters OBSCURA, our long-time Finnish friends WOLFHEART and THULCANDRA.
