Soulfly toured across North America on the last quarter of 2015 in support of their latest album Archangel and then took their chops to the old continent inthe company of King Parrot, as we mentioned last month when we showed their rendition of Motorhead’s “Ace of Spades”. But this is 2016 already, which means we can get more Soulfly for our enjoyment and this time, it will be accompanied by some death metal legends.
An Indianapolis venue leaked the admat for Soulfly’s latest trek across the land of the free, and this time they’ll be joined by New York death metal veterans Suffocation, thrash maniacs Battlecross, technical death dealers Abnormality and Lody Kong, which features Max’s son Zyon.
If things go accordingly to what we know, Max Cavalera will have a very busy year, as Soulfly is still touring in Europe and then will head out to Latin America for another set of dates before this one, plus that possible tour with Cavalera Conspiracy which may feature the 20th anniversary of Sepultura’s Roots.
