Parkway Drive announce US tour for this fall

With a new album on the way, Parkway Drive have announced a North American tour later this year. Though openers are not yet announced, tickets go on sale this Friday, with early pre-sale access on Wednesday at this link.

In the meantime, Parkway Drive is readying a brand new album, Ire, which comes out September 25th on Epitaph Records. Said vocalist Winston McCall about the bands’ fifth studio album:

“This is the album for us. Every single step of the way, whenever there was gamble to take, we took the biggest one we could. If this isn’t the album that can go further than anything we thought was possible with this band and this type of music, that’s fine, but we can’t go back from this as far as we’re concerned.”

The band already released a new music video from the album last month, for the song “Vice Grip.” Their last album, 2012’s Atlas, debuted at #32 on the Billboard Charts, with 12,800 sold in its first week of release.
