Can anything nice happen for Black Tusk for a change? The band is currently in Europe, touring with Black Label Society since February, and they’ve got just a few shows left. But life on the road is cruel, and now guitarist / vocalist Andrew Fidler has suffered a broken foot.

From the Black Tusk Facebook page:

“Apologies to our fans in Gdansk, Poland for our cancellation tonight. We’ve been at the hospital dealing with a fracture on Andrew’s foot. Break at the base of the 5th metatarsal. We are going to give tomorrow night in Krakow a go and see if we can continue on.”

Black Tusk suffered the loss of bassist Jonathan Athon, who passed away last November at the age of 32 from injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident.
