KISS reveal rescheduled dates after Covid postponements

Posted by on September 8, 2021

KISS have announced the “make up” dates for those postponed due to Covid-19. Five shows had to be postponed after vocalist Paul Stanley and bassist Gene Simmons contracted the Covid-19 virus. Cities affected were Atlanta, Georgia, Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, Clarkston, Michigan, Tinley Park, Illinois, and Dayton, Ohio. These show will happen in October. Because of logistics, the shows in Hartford, Connecticut, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Raleigh, North Carolina have been postponed until 2022.

After observing a 10-day quarantine, doctors have given the go ahead for the North American leg of the “End of the Road” tour to safely continue, and it will do so, this Thursday, September 9th at FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine, California

KISS are doing everything that they can to ensure the safety and health of everyone involved in their “End of the Road Tour.” For example, the entire band and crew traveling with them on the tour are fully vaccinated.

Members of KISS and their crew have operated in a bubble independently to safeguard everyone as much as possible at each show and in between shows, and the tour has a Covid 19 safety protocol officer on staff full-time that is ensuring everyone is closely following all CDC guidelines.

These are the times we live in and we must do whatever we can to preserve live music moving forward. It seems like KISS is doing their part.

The tour is presented by Live Nation which means that all attendees, staff and talent are required to show proof of vaccination or proof of a recent (72hrs) negative Covid test at all shows held at venues owned by Live Nation in the US.
