We already knew that In Flames would be heading out on the road in North America starting February 20, with support from All That Remains and Wovenwar. Over a month since that first announcement, a second leg of the tour has been added beginning in. All That Remains will continue to provide direct support, but this run will also feature Periphery replacing Wovenwar on most dates.
This new leg incorporates dates in which In Flames will perform at North American spring festivals including Welcome to Rockville (April 26), Carolina Rebellion (May 3), Rise Above Fest (May 9), Rock on the Range (May 16), Rocklahoma (May 23) and River City Rockfest (May 24). In addition, In Flames will also support Five Finger Death Punch on Wednesday, April 30 at the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, Louisiana. Comments from In Flames vocalist Anders Friden suggests that the band is both satisfied with the success of their latest and eleventh album, Siren Charms, released on September 9, 2014, as well as optimistic of their upcoming North American tour:
“It feels absolutely fantastic to be going back on the road, and to the U.S. We’ve been working on radio with our new single ‘Paralyzed’ and it’s going to be great to perform that song, along with the rest of our set.”
Friden’s mention the latest Siren Charms single “Paralyzed” comes after it’s repeated airplay at SiriusXM’s Octane, WJJO/Madison, WIIL/Chicago and KHTQ/Spokane. All That Remains will be releasing their latest album, their seventh, titled The Order Of Things on February 24. Periphery just released their latest double album project, Juggernaut: Alpha and Juggernaut: Omega, just last week, and received positive results.
Below are the dates for the second leg of In Flames’ “Charming America Tour” with All That Remains and Periphery, as well as their festival dates and one-off show with Five Finger Death Punch. Certain dates are marked “***With All That Remains + TBD”; no word on what band will fill this yet determined spot on these dates, but as of right now it appears to be neither Periphery nor Wovenwar.
