Suicidal Tendencies will be hitting the road with Megadeth, Children of Bodom and Havok in a few more days and if that package wasn’t good enough for you, what about getting former Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo to lay some beats for the crossover band?
The band posted the following announcing the news:
SxTx is beyond excited to announce the legendary Dave Lombardo will be playing drums for Suicidal on the upcoming Megadeth tour!
You know what that means….it’s gonna be CYCO and BRUTAL!!!
Remember SxTx doesn’t start on the tour till next Friday, Feb 26th in Las Vegas and the last show will be March 21st in Boston.
Also SxTx will be doing 2 headlining shows, March 2nd in Bend, Oregon at the Domino Room and March 3rd in Seattle, WA at The Showbox.

The tour already started this past weekend so, Dallas, Houston, Denver and Salt Lake City fans that wanted to see Suicidal Tendencies with Lombardo on the kit will have to wait for another chance. It’s pretty interesting to note that with Rob Trujillo having logged time with Suicidal Tendencies, that makes members of two of the Big 4 bands to have played with ST – while they’re currently on tour with a third.
