For the past two weeks, the Metal Alliance tour has been snaking its way throughout the country. However as it enters its final two, it’ll be doing so without one of the bands. Entombed A.D. have  been sent packing, according to their Facebook page. “We got pulled off the U.S. tour for reasons we don’t yet know,” a statement on the band’s Facebook page reads. “On our way to Sweden now. Never in 30 years have we experienced something like this. But we will be back soon!! Cheers!!”

First off, kudos to Entombed for staying positive. While they’ve got to be pissed instead of venting, they’re just saying they’ll be back. There’s no official word on what led to their early dismissal, but it should be noted that Deicide had Broken Hope leave their tour a few years back. This is not to say that Glenn Benton had the band removed or anything like that, and the truth will certainly come to light in the near future. We’ve hit up Metal Alliance’s coordinators and haven’t heard back yet.
