SUMMER_SOUND_ATTACK_cover_artworkClutch aren’t one for greatest hits albums. In fact, the only way to sample their entire catalog is through the several live albums they’ve released, the most recent being 2008’s Full Fathom Five: Audio Field Recordings. However, to coincide with their current tour, the four-piece have released a summer 10-track comp that’s available digitally. Summer Sound Attack features what’s essentially a greatest hits from mostly their last five albums. Following a handful of dates this weekend, the band will be headed to San Paulo, Brasil to play the inaugural Converse Rubber Tracks Live in Brasil on August 3. The band will be playing alongside The Sword and local bands DLC and Magueriebes. If you’re in Brasil, you can get into the show for free by going here. Here’s what frontman Neil Fallon says about the show:

Clutch has never been to São Paulo and come to think of it, Clutch has never even been to South America. We’re stoked to finally have the opportunity to play. Big ups to Rubber Tracks for inviting us. And knowing that we will be there with our good pals, The Sword, makes it that much better. It’s gonna be a good night of rock and roll!
